Southwood is a luxury Bed & Breakfast, located approximately one mile south of the centre of Pitlochry in the small, picturesque village of East Haugh. It is a beautiful, modern, individually designed house set in south facing gardens, which provide colour and privacy.

The decked patio, with table and chairs, provides a lovely spot to soak up the summer sun and enjoy the stunning views down the Tummel Valley or across the majestic Dunfallandy Hill.

We have three letting rooms at Southwood - one large double room with en-suite facilities including a deluxe wet room, one twin room with en-suite facilities and one double room with large adjoining private bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath, steam facility and shower. Private parking is provided within the grounds.

Southwood is personally run by Tim and Maillie Waters, whose principle it is to exceed your expectations in the three B's - dreamy Beds, superb Breakfasts and luxury Bathrooms. A welcome and refreshing pot of tea will be offered upon arrival. We are happy to arrange transport to and from the station and Pitlochry Festival Theatre. There is an excellent selection of restaurants within easy reach, especially the award-winning East Haugh House Hotel directly opposite Southwood.
